Eduard Fenzl

Eduard Fenzl (1808–1879) was an Austrian botanist.

An obituary notes "[h]e was Professor of Botany and Director of the Imperial Botanical Cabinet, a member of the Vienna Academy of Sciences, and Vice-President of the Vienna Horticultural Society."^[1]

The standard author abbreviation Fenzl is used to indicate this individual as the author when citing a botanical name.^[2]
